1- Chez Jaïs

At the helm of the eponymous restaurant that he manages with his two brothers, Jaïs Mimoun revisits French gastronomy. At 3, rue Surcouf, you can discover this restaurant which resumes the true codes of the bistro, and you can spend a good moment with your family or friends and let yourself be carried away by the warm and family atmosphere

A recommendation on the menu: the entrecote (for us one of the best in Paris) and of course the madeleine served in its cassolette.

2- Shabour

A journey to Jerusalem! At the bend of the path, we are at Shabour. A street corner with huge windows, a subdued atmosphere, it is decorated with taste, it is simple, raw and we feel immediately very well. We dine on high chairs which are articulated around the completely opened kitchens, we observe the chefs cooking, we exchange with them throughout this journey, and with each change of plate we discover a new story! We discover a cuisine inspired by Israel but which does not cease to draw also in other registers, to the card a menu that we call the journey (in 8 stages).

We go there as much for the gustatory journey as for the atmosphere that allows us to travel without having to move from our stool.

3- Sugaar

Very new Parisian table! We are in the 6th district of Paris, super trendy district, Saint Germain des près. We push the door of this bar, very quiet with a very cozy atmosphere then we go upstairs and we discover this restaurant which takes again the codes of the bistro with these big dishes in silverware. The cuisine this time is inspired by the Basque coast, generous portions, an in-between land and sea perfectly succeeded (we recommend the wild mushrooms as a starter and the kokotxas pilpil and the meat to share cooked on the grill afterwards).

A great address for a Saturday night !
